5.   Engine servicing to meet manufacturers’ standards when required

6.   Air conditioning maintenance to meet manufacturers' standards

7.   Removing sails at least once per year and sending to sail lofts for maintenance

8.   Bi-annual servicing of your anchor windlass

9.   Check and service water and/or bilge and toilet pumps to ensure fully operational.
